BS50000A Programmable Universal Weighing Display Controller

It integrates the function of high accuracy weighing display controller with PLC , it

is field programmable of batching process and input & output port function, can

be used widely for quantitative packaging or multi-material automatic batching

system in many industries like chemical, building materials, food, feed and so on.

This controller also has a strong communication function that the host computer

can easily and reliably transfer a variety of batching commands to many

controllers, or read data from multiple controllers to compose a large-scale

batching system.

The main functions of this controller as follows:

 Automatic zero tracking

Panel digital calibration, like capacity, division value, decimal point, overload

value, zero range, etc, all can be set by panel.

 ormula table, material table both can be programmed by keyboard or host

computer communication programming. Can store 10 formulas and

materials table of 10 kinds of materials

 Can select batching type of Loss in weigh or Add in weigh.

 Can set the times of continuous batching

 Overshoot value automatically corrected, jog feeding

(Every batch, the controller will compare the target value and result value,

and adjust the time to stop the batching, this is to make the batching more

accuracy. ) (Jog Feeding: When the target value is approaching, can use

this Jog feeding, to reach high accuracy.)

 With 4-channel programmable switching value input

 With 4-channel programmable switching value output

 Gross weight, net weight and tolerance weight display optional when

batching

 Manual discharge material, supplementary feed.

 With WATCH DOG circuit

 With RS232C and RS485 serial communication interface, baud rate optional,

and can set the communication address for multi-machine communication

 Can use Panel keyboard, switching value input or host computer

communication for a variety of operations

 Built-in load cell bridge power supply

 With alarm and a variety of work status tips like overload, underload, over

tolerance, blocking material.
